Our Standards Right Home Realtors® are salaried company agents, not commissioned independent contractors like most of the industry. Right Home provides training, support, marketing and technology. Real Estate attorneys are also available to ensure a smooth transaction. Unlike independent agents, Right Home Realtors participate in the company profits and, thus, are always motivated to resolve issues to the client’s satisfaction. Our Realtors have stock options and recognize the long-term value of every client. Our System Because Right Home provides many real estate-related services, including buyer and seller representation, our agents are separated into different departments with different management. This assures our clients that even though both sides are being represented by Right Home the company, their individual interests are being addressed by separate people, departments and motivations. |
