Acceptable Offer Guarantee*
If Right Home fails to produce a purchase offer within 5% of the suggested listing price and within 45 days, we will deduct $500 from our listing fee at the close of escrow.
Escrow Close Guarantee*
If Right Home fails to close your initial escrow for any reason—excluding acts of God—we will waive our entire escrow fee upon its successful close.
 On-Time Escrow Close Guarantee*
If Right Home fails to close escrow by the date promised—due to mortgage delays either on its part or on the part of its affiliates—we will pay the seller $50 per day for up to 10 days or until closing.
Overall Satisfaction Guarantee*
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the competence and service provided by Right Home or its affiliates, simply provide us with a written statement of your complaint within 5 days after closing, and we will send you a complimentary Gift Certificate valued at $300.00.
